Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume drops, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Miami Money is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but not received, please:

• Check with neighbors
• Contact the shipping carrier
• Reach out to us within 5 days of delivery

We will assist where possible.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, Miami Money is not responsible for lost packages.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

• Order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of packaging
